BUFFET DINNER SERVICE
You may choose any two items from the served menu selections to be hosted on the buffet with the exception of combination plates. The buffet
dinner prices per person - includes two entrees, the Chef's house vegetarian entrée, homemade rolls and breads, a fresh seasonal vegetable du jour
and a choice of potato or rice. For a third entrée option on the buffet, a surcharge of $4.95 per person will be added.
We also offer the following specialty buffets:
Backyard barbecue with chicken, pork ribs, New York
strip steak, corn on the cob, cole slaw, potato salad or baked
potato, tossed salad, watermelon and apple pie.
Pig roast with slow cooked native pig, baked beans, corn on
the cob, cole slaw, potato salad or baked potato, tossed
salad, watermelon and seasonal shortcake.
New England clam bake with boiled 1.5 lb lobster, steamed
clams and mussels, corn on the cob, cole slaw, potato salad

ABOUT OUR BEVERAGE SERVICE
As a licensed catering facility, we are able to provide alcohol services to guests. Therefore, we offer you optional ways to serve
alcoholic beverages to your guests. We accomodate specific liquor, wine or beer requests.
Open Bar Service - A full bar of liquor, wine and beer. The host of the event pays per drink.
Cash Bar Service - A full bar of liquor, wine and beer. The guest of the event pays per drink.
Combo Bar Service - A full bar of liquor, wine and beer. The host of the event pays per drink
for a contracted time at which point the bar becomes a cash bar and the guests of the event begin paying individually
Bartending Services: The number of bartenders to provide service is determined by the type of bar service and total guest count.
Bartending Services Fee: Information available upon request
Security: In the event that a cash bar service is hosted the Inn requires that security be on duty at the expense of the Customer.
The State of New Hampshire 9% liquor tax is included in the pricing of our beverages.

Our house Pinot Grigio hosts crisp and refreshing medium bodied wine,
with a touch of oak and honey on the finish. Excellent pairing with baked stuffed sole, or our jumbo shrimp with citrus buerre blanc.
Bogel Chardonnay
Friendly with a hint fresh tropical fruits like pineapple, mango and green apple greet both the nose and palate upon the first sip,
followed by a touch of lemon cream. Compliment by more creamy notes of butterscotch and caramel this wine has a long, lingering
finish of toasty oak. The juicy flavors come alive when served with just about everything
Pepperwood Viognier
Lovely white grape offers vibrant floral qualities with a lively acidity. Make this a perfect
match with cheeses, or our chicken breast with natural pan juices.
Beringer White Zinfandel - House wine
This pretty wine has become an American classic. Mellow sweet flavor of lush berries
and blossoms. Great company for our shrimp and scallop ceviche.
Tunnel of Elms - House wine
An easy drinking table chardonnay. This wine exhibits bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavors, with rich, creamy textures.
Red Wines
Bogel Cabernet Sauvignon
Flavors of ripe cherries and vivid plums creating the first impression, while touches of tobacco leaf and notes of spicy cigar.
This full-bodied red wine with supple tannins, is a favorite when paired with lamb chops with mint jelly or a rich tomato sauce.
Bogel Merlot
Friendly with deep cherry fruit that hit both the nose and plate upon the first sip and follow with soft hints of summer anise.
It hosts touches of pip tobacco and spice oak that lend weight to the finish, trailed by assertive tannins. Highly recommended
from pasta to hearty meat dishes or of course all by itself.
Pepperwood Syrah
Deep ruby color, rich berry characters with a hint of pepper. Syrah is a favorite companion with prime rib, roasted rack
of lamb or vegetarian selections.
Tunnel of Elms Cabernet Sauvignon - House wine
This cabernet sauvignon displays intense black fruit aromas and rich plum and black cherry flavors accented by wild herb and black pepper tones.
Tunnel of Elms Merlot - House wine
This merlot is soft and approachable, with ripe plum, cherry and raspberry aromas and delicious, supple flavors enriched by subtle oak nuances.

If the party reserves our catering facilities for the dinner reception for the day of the gathering and all 20 guestrooms
for two nights the host gets a complimentary room for the evening the gathering.
PRE-RECEPTION DINNER & DINNER RECEPTION PACKAGE
If the party reserves our catering facilities for both the pre-reception dinner and dinner reception and all 20 guestrooms
for two nights, the host gets a guest room for two evenings on the weekend of their gathering.
PRE-RECEPTION DINNER, DINNER RECEPTION PACKAGE & SUNDAY BRUNCH PACKAGE
If the party reserves our catering facilities for the pre-reception dinner, dinner reception and Sunday Brunch and all 20 guestrooms for two nights, the host gets a guest room for
2 nights plus one additional guestroom for one night.
These packages are valid only for the weekend of the gathering.
GROUP ROOM RATE PACKAGE
All of our guestrooms host a private bath, Wi-Fi Internet access, telephone and air-conditioning. All of our rates include full
country breakfast, afternoon tea and NH rooms tax. Each guestroom is individually appointed with hand made quilts, stenciled walls and
country decor. In the event that you reserve a group of guestrooms we host a group room discount of $20. The rates are subject to
seasonal rates and holiday weekends.
