The Dowds' Country Inn will be hosting buffets on Saturday & Sunday the weekend of Dartmouth Graduation. Reservations are required and seats will fill quickly, so make sure to make your reservation soon!

Saturday Night Menu

$65 per person; $30 per child (12 and under)
Seating at 6:00 PM & 8:00 PM
Bar Service will be available. 

Food provided from the Dowds' Country Inn & Latham House Tavern team.


Carving Station

Slow Roasted Prime Rib au Jus- Horseradish-Herb Sour Cream
Maple Brined Pork Loin- Rhubarb Mostarda, Pork Jus, Fresh Herbs

Risotto Station

Traditional Risotto, prepared to order with the following options:
Prosciutto, Herb Marinated Chicken, Sautéed Gulf Shrimp, Asparagus, Garden Peas, Wild Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes, Spring Onions, Garlic, Baby Kales, Roasted Bell Pepper, Parmesan Cheese, Local Cream, Fresh Herbs
